Self leveling S1 S3 It is a kind of  two-component paint with a special esserbetol as its main ingredient, polyurethane

pre-polymer hardener as its main film forming matter, added with advanced pigments & fillers

and surface active agents. It has strong adhesive force, toughness and elasticity. It has excellent

weather resistance, waterproofness and chemical resistance. It is easy for construction and

maintenance, all-weather-use and clean.

4. Construction workmanship:

4.1 Coating bottom oil

1)First, clean floor and clean away the grease and impurities adhered to the floor with solvent.

Conduct crossing coating in horizontal and vertical direction with brush or roller. Bottom oil

2)should be coated thin and even, and treatment must be strengthened where there is dust.

Small air bubble should be avoided when coating primer. PU material should only be

constructed after drying, and it takes about 5-10 hours in normal temperature conditions.

Construction generally starts the next day. Coating amount is generally 0.2Kg/mm2. Coating

bottom oil is not needed if foundation is asphalt floor.

4.2 Treating substrate

1)Coat erosion hollow or cracks with bottom oil, then repair it with base material. Construction

shall be carried out only when the ground is dry and ground moisture is below 10%. Visually

check to see whether there is concave or convex. Grind the convex with sander; coat the

concave with bottom oil, and then repair it with base material.

4.3 Laying self leveling material

First mix the main ingredient even. Pour the hardener into mixing tank, then the main

ingredient, fully mix them even, taking about 3-5min. Usable time of material after mixing is

about 50min/250C.After material is mixed and poured on the ground, divide material slightly

with squeegee and control material with toothed trowel. Construction generally starts the next

day. Use amount base material is 1.2KG/m2.

5. Notices:

1). Construction is forbidden in case of moist ground or rainy day.

2). Construction is not preferable on over high/low temperature conditions. It is recommended that

construction temperature is over 50C and humidity is below 85%.

3). Strictly control proportioning and mixing time. Mix it even in case of precipitate.

4). Store it in a cool and dry place, preventing against high temperature and direct sunlight. Entry

of water vapor is forbidden.
